This actually a good game dispite of the ads,but its only until level 5 and no more case available so I have to wait for the update,😂😂.
Good for kids but those ads are mean and rude doesn't ask to barge in.
Please help me with the bug. Why when I want to go to the case it's stuck in hotel? And my case file is disappear, also I've done the case but i can't go to the next case.
I like this game but there is so many ads in features.
Cute, cartoony character, easy gameplay, just it consume too much energy I think per level
Was really enjoying the game, but then it stopped proceeding at the second hotel. Guests stopped requesting amenities.

I thought I'd be solving crimes, but I'm running a hotel or a restaurant? If I wanted to do that, I'd download a restaurant or hotel game. Uninstalled.
I like the concept of the game but they way it was executed is just annoying. Having to wait for the energy to recharge for every level becomes unbearable and i dont understand why we cant just play the game without constantly coming back to it.
Got past this second or third level and all of a sudden I'm trying to build a hotel? I thought I was looking for missing pieces or solving simple puzzles. I think the developers need to figure out what type of game they want to build before they start building. Not to mention that the characters look very similar to Gravity Falls characters.
Didn't really want an idol hotel game. I downloaded the app based off of an ad that made it seem like a mystery solving game only with a potential story line... I have no desire for the idol hotel.
The new update required me to agree to the privacy policy and TOU without allowing me to read the agreement first, I agreed, then my antivirus software flagged it as malware, as soon as I deleted it my phone stopped lagging and freezing up. I reported this to the FCC.
I really like this game. The puzzles range from easy to fairly difficult but are always logical. You can tell the devs put a lot of work into this game. 2 stars for the pretty consistent and blatant transphobia. Between Barbara and the "mailman" it's clear they're just making fun of transwomen. It's 2022. Making fun of minorities isn't funny anymore.
the game is broken no matter whatever i try to fix it... I can't give the shrinking elixir to the fox and help it escape.
It was fun at 1st but now I'm doing nothing but collecting coins. I've solved the cases, gotten all the furniture & floors now I'm up to 3 million coins & I've got absolutely d#*k to do with it. This is not gonna be a popular opinion but I don't think you should make so much available by just watching a ad. Let us spend the coins on something. I keep wanting to delete this but every update I hope for more floors & cases. I don't want to lose all my coins 4 nothing. So I'll keep waiting & hoping
Very disappointed! It was good at first but the apps suddenly crash. It keeps loading but even after 10minutes of waiting I still cannot enter the game. All my progress cannot be retrieve since the game has no saving/linking options. What a waste of time.

It's an enjoyable game from what I've played. The only problem is that I can't play anymore because I'm stuck on level 8 which won't load the actual level. You can see the person you are trying to help but the rest of the background is just white. I can't beat it if I can't see what I'm trying to get. Please fix this big

For the hotel game, its concept was very unprofesional. You force us to keep watching ad to get the amenities. There is no way we can satisfy all the guests without watching ad. And for the gold, if you reach the max level, unlock all the rooms and furnitures, u can do nothing with the gold anymore. The rest u can do just need diamonds and watch the ad. So what the point of collecting gold?
Wow, this is an awesome app ! Better than any 'brain out' thing. This has a limited amount of levels, so I completed it in only 4 days (i like it that much) and the app said there will be more levels next month pls look forward to it. I'm still waiting but till then, you can run your own hotel, which is sooooo cool. At the same time, the character you play as has a backstory of how his father went missing which makes it alot more interesting. I love this game alot, it has very nice graphics too.
Absolutely love this game! I love how you can watch ads to get anything you need in the game. The levels are fun and the hotel part, is an added bonus to play while you wait for energy to store back up!
I'm nobody really, but I saw this app and see it has a lot of bad reviews so, I wanted to try it out. 1. I saw an add that was bad for kids. Second, my game almost crash for a minute but it was okay. I hope you can fix the add but overall it's Excellent!!

It was fun but wouldnt let me play past level 29. Every time I tried to play level 30 it wouldn't load. So disappointing. It was a really fun game.

This game is so fun!! Very time consuming! Plus there aren't ads unless you click to watch and ad for a reward. One thing I didn't like about the game is how hard it is to get gems but i was happy to spend a little so still 5 stars. I played all of the levels already but there is still a lot more to the game like taking care of the hotel. I really hope there are more levels coming soon! 🙏
False advertising. Its a building resort management tower game. A mess. Too many ads needed to progress. Unfair payouts. Not the game it's said to be. The solving part is boring and obvious. It's like a idle tower game only with out the part. Lol. Really stupid.
It's a nice game but I can't watch the ads. Everytime I press the ad button it says ad not ready so I can't have any hints because of it. Please fix it

Interesting concept, but force fed advertising to players, I understand exchange energy for advertising. But not force fed advertising.
Love the game, one of the few decent games now adays. However, i dont know of there is a glitch but my energies are not refilling and stuck on 1, its been days now and i cant play unless i watch an ad to get the 30 energies, other wise it stays on 1 even after many hours not playing.

Filled with ads. And things are just quick to solve. Wish there was more activities and with the hotel it was just a boring routine.

I paid for the No Ads but Im still seeing ads.
The cases are very minimal to make you watch more ads and the main part of the game is actually a hotel manager simulator for some reason
